Hideaki is Senior Associate at Great Wave Ventures. Prior to joining Great Wave, Hideaki worked at Dawn Capital as a venture capitalist, where he was engaged in both research and investment activities. Before that, he was at HiJoJo Partners, where he focused primarily on U.S.-based late-stage companies.

Hideaki holds an MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Esade Business School in Barcelona, Spain. He speaks English, Japanese, Spanish, and Portuguese.
